Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, company, email, phone number, product interest, and message. We use this information to respond to requests for quotations, SDS/TDS documents, product information, and technical assistance, and to maintain related business correspondence.
Website operation and service providers
Our hosting and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver inquiries. Technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser, and access time, may be processed for website delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
Optional Google Analytics
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, traffic sources, browser and device categories, and interactions such as successful inquiry submissions. Google processes analytics data on our behalf. We do not include the name, email, phone number, company, or message entered in our inquiry form in the analytics events we send.
Our implementation loads the Google Analytics script only after you accept analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation.

Browsers may shorten storage lifetimes or block storage. Cookie duration describes browser storage; analytics reports and inquiry records are managed separately.
Your choices
You may accept or reject analytics and change your choice using at any time. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from browsing products or submitting an inquiry. Withdrawing a previous acceptance disables analytics, removes this implementation's analytics cookies, and reloads the page to unload the analytics library. It does not undo information already sent before you withdrew consent.
Your preference applies to this browser and website origin. Clearing website storage or using another browser may require a new choice.
